Report a Concern
If you have a concern about safety, conduct, bullying or harassment, junior behaviour, or the behaviour of a parent, spectator, coach or official, please report it. Concerns are handled confidentially by the safeguarding team of Breaking Boundaries Foundation NPC.
Report a ConcernUrgent safety matters at the rink should be raised immediately with the coach or club representative on duty, or by calling +27 79 832 9844.
Privacy & POPIA
Silverbacks collects participant, parent and guardian information only to run club programmes, manage enquiries, and keep players safe.
Silverbacks Ice Hockey Club operates under the privacy practices of Breaking Boundaries Foundation NPC. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected about participants, parents and guardians (including children), why it is collected, how it is used, how it may be shared operationally between Silverbacks and Breaking Boundaries Foundation NPC, how long it is retained, how photography and media consent works, and how to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent.
